We are happy to welcome you for breakfast (for an extra charge) in our house. Your room will be ready for occupancy from approx. 16:00.
Departure
The hotel bill can be settled in the evening (before departure) by 21:00 or on the day of departure from 07:30 at the hotel reception. Would you like to end your holiday slowly? Why not take advantage of our hotel's amenities including a snack in the afternoon for a small fee. However, we ask you to vacate your room by 11.00 a.m. You can leave your bathrobe and our bag at reception on your departure. You will find shower facilities in the Wellness Palace. Late check-outs can be requested at reception.
Evening wear
Your sporty and elegant attire will make every evening special. Please do not wear casual clothes or slippers to dinner.
Activity programme
We have put together a daily changing activity programme with various sports activities and lots of fun and games for our guests of all ages. You can find this programme at reception.

Babies / Toddlers
We are happy to provide you with a baby phone, changing mat, potty, stool, nappy pail and cot free of charge at any time. Please contact reception or the housekeeper. There is a nappy-changing table in the ladies' WC by the spiral staircase to the restaurant in the basement and in the WC in the play paradise. Drinking cups, children's cutlery and high chairs are provided by the service staff in the restaurant.
Bathrobe / bath slippers
You will find bathrobes for adults and children in your room/suite. You are also welcome to purchase these bathrobes at reception. If you require a different size, please let us know. Bath slippers for adults are available free of charge at reception.
Bath bag
For your well-being and comfort at the Schlosshotel Lacknerhof, we provide you with our Lacknerhof bathing bag with bath towels free of charge. Please note, however, that these are the property of our hotel. You are also welcome to purchase them at our reception.
Bath towels
Every day, tonnes of towels are washed for free all over the world. The environment is very important to us, so please note the following: Towelling in the bath/shower means "Please wash", towelling on the hook means "I'll use it a second time". You are helping to protect the environment - thank you. Bath towels are in your sauna bag and can be exchanged in the water world at certain times.
Bank and ATM
The Raiffeisenbank Flachau has an ATM. Opening hours: weekdays from 08:00 - 12:00. There is also an ATM at the valley station of the 8er Jet.
Beauty department
For our ladies and gentlemen! Let yourself be pampered in the beauty department. It is located on the ground floor behind the dining room. Our beauty team is at your disposal from Monday to Sunday from 09:00 to 19:00. Please make your appointments in the beauty department in good time! DW: 705 If the beauty team is already pampering other guests, the hotel reception will also be happy to help you.
Library
You will find a selection of books on loan in our library. Our library is located on the 1st floor in the stairwell towards the wellness area.

You will find all the necessary utensils for your holiday post in your room. Schlosshotel Lacknerhof postcards are available at reception, which we will be happy to send for you.
Bus and train
The nearest train station is Altenmarkt. This is approx. 10 minutes by car from the hotel. The nearest bus stop is 150 metres away. Our staff at reception will be happy to provide you with a personalised timetable.
Check-Out
On the day of departure we ask you to vacate your room by 11.00 am. The hotel bill can be settled in the evening (before departure) by 21:00 or on the day of departure from 07:30 at the hotel reception.
Blankets
If you like to be cosy and warm, you will find an extra blanket in your wardrobe. If you need more blankets, please contact reception on ext. 501.

E-charging stations
Tesla e-charging stations are also available for your electric car at our hotel. These are located right next to our hotel. Further e-charging stations are located in the lift car park at the 8er-Jet.
Meal cancellation
If you are eating out, we kindly ask you to cancel your booking at reception by 11.00 am. We will be happy to reimburse you for the evening meal supplement.
Bicycles
City bikes & mountain bikes are available free of charge in the Stadl (side entrance on the right). Bicycle helmets are available for you at the hotel reception.
Family sauna
During the holiday season, our sauna world is open to families from 12:00 - 15:00 and from 18:30 - 20:00. From 15:00 - 18:30, the sauna world is reserved for adults and children aged 14 and over.
Family water world
Lucky's Water World offers 5 different water slides, 2 pools, 1 water castle for playing, learning and romping around. The water world is open daily from 08:00 - 21:00. The slides have special opening hours.

Non-smoker / smoker
Our rooms and suites are non-smoking rooms. We have provided ashtrays for smokers on the balconies. The dining room as well as the Dorfstüberl, Jagdstube and Rittersaal are also non-smoking areas. You can smoke in the separate smoking lounge next to the Crystal Lounge.
Emergency exits
You will find site plans with a list of emergency exits in your room. The emergency exits are marked with green illuminated signs in the corridors.
Car parks
You will find free parking spaces for your car in front of and next to the hotel. Parking spaces are also available in the underground car park at a price of EUR 5,- per car/night.

There are two well-kept riding stables in the immediate vicinity. Warmbloods and Haflinger horses await your visit. Further information is available at the hotel reception.

If your room requires repairs, we would like to apologise and ask you to report this to the hotel reception desk (DW 501).
Resting places
We ask you not to reserve the sunbeds in the indoor and outdoor areas. Out of consideration for other guests seeking peace and quiet, unoccupied sunbeds will be vacated by our staff after 20 minutes.
Toboggan run
Visit our all-weather toboggan run "Alpincoaster Lucky Flitzer" and our toboggan alp in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. Further information is available at the hotel reception.

Of course, we also take our youngest guests into consideration, so if they are already asleep in the room, please bring the sign to the door before dinner.

All rooms/suites are equipped with a Smart TV. You will find a channel list including our Sky programmes in your room. If you have any questions about the settings or channels, our reception will be happy to help you by dialling DW 501.
Water world
The water world is open daily from 07:00 - 21:00. Lucky's Water World offers a 112 m long tyre slide with curves, LED shows and jumps, a "Triple Slide" wave slide, a 30 m long stand-up slide for surfing in the water channel, 1 pool with a depth of 90 cm, 1 water castle for playing, learning and romping and an indoor pool that can be opened as an outdoor pool in summer. The slides have special opening times - check the notice board!
Hot water bottle
We provide you with our Lacknerhof hot water bottle for your well-being. Please note that this is the property of our hotel. However, you are welcome to purchase a hot water bottle at our reception.
Laundry service
A laundry service is available daily on request from reception or the housekeeper (for a fee). Laundry bags are available in the wardrobe.
Wine
Choose from our large selection of top national and international wines. We also organise wine tastings in our wine bar. We also offer our wines for sale on the street so that you can enjoy our fine wines at home.
Wellness Palace
The wellness palace with brine steam bath, herbal steam bath, aroma steam bath, parlour sauna, saunarium, vitarium, infrared cabin, brine grotto, ice grotto, panorama whirlpool and Kneipp bath is open from 15:00 to 21:00 - in case of bad weather and by arrangement also earlier at any time.
